  • Money Refund: We’ll return the cost of the item to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Line-Item Refund: For items that are part of a larger order, we may issue a refund for the specific item returned.

4. Subscription Refunds & Proration

Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. Once a monthly billing cycle has begun, no refunds will be issued for that period, regardless of usage or cancellation date.

For subscriptions billed on a longer-term basis (e.g., annual or semi-annual plans), a prorated refund may be available for any full, unused months remaining after cancellation. The proration will be calculated based on the original subscription rate and will exclude any partial months already in progress.

Refunds for eligible plans will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days after cancellation is confirmed.
