A child’s photo or information on a public page
Public pages on this site must not show identifiable children. If you see a child’s photo, name or other information on a public page, email he***@*************is.com with the subject Child safety and the link. We look at these first.
Copyright
If you believe something on the site copies your work without permission, email he***@*************is.com and include:
- A description of your work and where it appears, such as a link to the original.
- The link to the page on our site with the copy.
- Your name, email address and phone number.
- A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized by you, the copyright owner or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and that you are the owner or are authorized to act for the owner. This statement is made under penalty of perjury.
- Your signature (typing your full name is fine).
If we remove your content and you believe it was a mistake, email us and explain why, and we’ll follow up. We close the accounts of members who repeatedly post material that infringes others’ rights.
Trademarks, logos and impersonation
If someone uses your organization’s name or logo without permission, or pretends to be your organization, email us with the link, what’s wrong, and a way for us to confirm that you own or represent the organization. We may remove the content or listing.
Personal information
If a listing or post shows your personal details, such as a phone number, an email address or a home address, and you want it taken down, email us with the link and tell us which details to remove.
Your own listing
You can edit or delete your listing from your account at any time. If you didn’t create a listing for your organization and want it corrected or removed, you can claim it from the listing page, or email us and tell us how you’re connected to the organization.
Reporting a member or other content
Members can report other members and content (posts, comments, groups, forum posts, photos, videos, documents and blog comments) with the Report option on the page. For anything else, such as a private message, email us.
What we do
We may remove content, warn a member, suspend an account, or decide that no action is needed. We verify a report before acting on it, and a report alone is not proof. We keep a record of reports. Reports made in bad faith may lead to action against the reporter’s account.
