Youth sports is chaotic enough. This is a community of parents, coaches, trainers and directors, and we want it to feel good to be here. These guidelines are the friendly version of our Terms and Conditions. If the two ever differ, the Terms apply.
Be the person you’d want in the bleachers
- Be kind. Disagree without attacking anyone.
- No harassment, threats or hate.
- Parents, coaches, trainers and directors all get the same respect here.
Stay on topic
- Everything here is about youth sports. That covers listings, posts, comments, discussions, groups, blog posts and ads.
- We decide what is on topic. We may remove anything that isn’t, at our discretion, with or without notice.
Keep kids safe
- Public pages must not show identifiable children. That means no child’s photo, name or contact details where anyone can see them.
- Photos and videos can’t be uploaded to the public activity feed or public forums. Share text and links there.
- Groups may share photos. Post only photos of your own child, or photos where the child’s parent has agreed. Group admins set their group’s rules.
- Logos, fields, gear, coaches and other adults are fine.
Keep it real
- Be who you say you are. No impersonating people or organizations.
- List only teams, clubs, tournaments, camps, trainings, events and jobs you’re connected to, and keep them up to date.
- Claim a listing only if you’re authorized to run it.
Keep it useful
- No spam, scams or fake listings.
- Use contact buttons and messages to reach people, not to pester them.
Marketplace
- No stolen goods, weapons, recalled products or anything illegal. That includes used safety gear that has been recalled, like helmets.
- You deal directly with the other member. No payment for these goes through our site, so check people and offers yourself.
Respect privacy and ownership
- Don’t post other people’s personal information or share private messages without permission.
- Only upload what you have the right to use, including logos.
See something? Say something
- See something that breaks these rules or isn’t about youth sports? Use the Report option where you see it. For copyright, trademark, privacy and child-safety reports, use our Report or Remove Content page.
- For child safety, you can also email he***@*************is.com with Child safety in the subject.
- Don’t want to hear from someone? You can block that member.
- We check a report before acting on it, and we can’t promise a set timeline. We may remove content, warn a member, or suspend or close an account.
